We ship to addresses across Europe from our base in the United Kingdom. Orders to UK addresses should arrive within 7 working days, but customers outside the UK may need to wait for up to 14 days. In most cases, UK customers will receive their order within 3 to 5 days while non-UK customers will receive theirs in 7 to 10 days.
All deliveries will be shipped via the Royal Mail, as shown below. There is a set charge for the UK and the EU, with free shipping available when the order reaches a set amount.

Do You Ship to the United States (and other non-EU countries)?
We currently do not ship to the United States, or any other non-EU country. If you’re interested in stocking or distributing Shelgo Tea outside the EU, contact us here.
Do You Use Plastic?
We are trying our best to reduce the amount of plastic that we use in our shipping process and have introduced the following procedures:
- Recycled kraft paper is used to protect the product in transit.
- Small orders are shipped in bags made from potato starch that are just as strong as plastic alternatives.
- Large orders are shipped in cardboard boxes.
We do still use a plastic-based sticky tape, and there are also small amounts of plastic used in our product packaging, but we’re incrementally reducing the amount that we use.
What is Your Refund Policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return any or all the products to us within 14 days and we will refund them. As per our terms and conditions, the products must be undamaged and in a resellable condition. For orders of tea, this means the packets need to be sealed.
If a product is defective, you have up to 30 days to let us know, at which point we will either offer a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
Do You Use Discreet Packaging?
All shipments will include a return address label, and this will include our business name. They may also include a Shelgo Tea label. However, we do not use branded boxes, and if you’re sending a gift you can let us know and we’ll avoid using any branding whatsoever.
Can You Send Through Another Delivery Company?
We currently work only with the Royal Mail, except for rare occasions in which we believe that another company will provide a better and more reliable service for a specific shipment or customer. We are unable to take requests but may offer additional services in the future.
